Raft and Play All Day

With rafting being your primary task, each day will feel less like a job, and more like an adventure with Big Frog.

Work Through The Season

Gone are the days of having to work all around the year. At Big Frog, our full-time jobs last as long as the season. The rest of the time is completely yours.

Rafter’s Safety, Your Duty

After all, safety is our number one priority. We trust you enough to be skilled enough to face any challenge and help our rafters stay safe.

Drugs and Alcohol? A STRICT NO.

We are devoted to the safety of both our clients and our personnel. All roles need pre-employment or random drug/alcohol testing. We, along with the Forest Service, the TDEC, or the insurance company may all request drug/alcohol testing following an accident. Any employee who allows drugs or alcohol to influence their work will be fired.

Look Good, Be Good

A professional, well-groomed appearance is required. We expect your attire, uniform, and equipment to be clean and well-maintained. Your conduct on our land, on the river, at work, and in the community as a whole reflects our organization, and responsible behavior and appearance are required.

Housing For Guides

Housing is offered free of charge, subject to availability. Our accommodations are open-air bunkhouses or cottages. You will have a roommate, but housing placement is not guaranteed. Please call your manager right away if you require housing.

Pet Policy

To ensure the safety of our visitors and other staff, please acquire permission from your manager before bringing your pet onto the outpost property or into the guide housing area.
